Short and Sweet is the new venture of pastry chef Sarah Mackenzie

Sarah has a formal qualification in pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu school, Wellington.

Sarah makes hand-made pastries, cakes and desserts that are fresh and delicious, wherever possible using local and seasonal fruit.

Prior to Short and Sweet Sarah worked as the Pastry Chef at Nikau Cafe and Baker Gramercy.

Thorndon Farmers’ Market

Sarah sells her products at the Thorndon Farmers’ Market on a Saturday morning, where she also sources much of her produce.

Sarah sends out a weekly email detailing products available at her market stall.
